About Us

The Experimental and Computational Biomechanics Laboratory was formed in January 2017 under the supervision of Dr. Dinesh Kalyanasundaram. It is under the Centre for Biomedical Engineering at IIT Delhi. The aim of the lab is to understand the biomechanics of the human body through simulation and experiments. Several projects are currently underway which range from computational modelling of bones/tissues to devices that help under human physiology. This lab works in collaboration with Laboratory for Fabrication of Biomedical Devices and Device Testing Lab.
