·         Active as Principal/Lead Investigator in many International Collaborations in cutting-edge research with over 10 Universities outside India with funding of INR 13,08,47,470 (Approx. ≈ USD 20,39,711  ≈ GBB 1.6 million)

·         Involved as Principal/Lead Investigator in many Research Projects within India involving collaborations with Industries and academia with IIT Delhi India with total funding of INR 3,10,21,134 (Approx. ≈ USD 4,83,571 or ≈ 0.36 million)

·         Supervised 44 Ph.D. theses to completion and over 110 Masters-level Projects (20 at M.Tech level & 90 at MBA level) to their completion.

·         Published over 250 research papers in high ranking journal and 120 papers in conference proceedings

·         Executive Editor of Journal of Advances in Management Research (from EMERALD-UK) and Editorial board member of another 05 International Journal

A recent research paper in OMEGA: The International Journal of Management Science has ranked me as the top-most productive researcher in all the Business Schools in India (Review & Analysis Period: 1968 to 2014) for research contributions, H-index (currently over 58), citations of research (currently over 13,400), number of research papers etc. across all specializations of management research and also in the specialization of Operations Management. It also establishes the fact that his research contributions have substantially helped my affiliating Business School (Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi) to be ranked as the top-most Business School in India in terms of research productivity. I am also awarded as the Best Professor in Supply Chain Management in India by World Education Congress, in the category of Global Awards.
