  1. Title Slide: Company logo, name, and a punchy one-liner or tagline that sets the context.
  2. Problem: Describe the real pain point or unmet need, making it relatable and urgent.
  3. Solution: Explain clearly how your product or service addresses the problem, with simplicity and focus.
  4. Product Demo: Showcase the product through visuals, screenshots, or a short demo to bring your solution to life.
  5. Market Opportunity: Define your total addressable market (TAM), ideal customer profile, and the scale of the opportunity.
  6. Business Model: Explain how you make money:subscriptions, one-time sales, marketplace fees, etc.
  7. Traction: Share current metrics (revenue, user growth, retention, partnerships) to demonstrate momentum.
  8. Go-To-Market Strategy: Summarize your plan for acquiring and retaining customers.
  9. Competition: Clearly present alternative solutions and highlight your competitive edge.
  10. Team: Introduce founders and core team members, emphasizing domain expertise and execution capability.
  11. Financials: High-level projections for revenue, expenses, and major financials, enough to show thinking and scalability.
  12. The Ask: Specify the funds you seek, intended use, and projected runway or milestones.
