Chemical Vapor Deposition System

• The CVD is controlled by a custom built python interface.
• The control is via Raspberry pi which is accessed by the steps below
• Connect to VNC: start a ssh tunnel ssh -L 5901:localhost:5901 analog@10.198.80.68
• Get the password from the admin
• Open VNC client and type address: localhost:5901
• The vncviewer should open up with password request. Once again get the password from the admin
• There is an icon on the desktop called CVD control
• Double click to access and the interface is very similar to the measuretool
