About Us

The Laboratory for Fabrication of Biomedical Devices was formed in January 2015 by Dr. Dinesh Kalyanasundaram to develop indigenous medical devices to serve the Indian population. The lab shortly known as 'La. faBio M.D.' focuses on developing affordable solutions for healthcare through a synergy of cutting edge engineering and medicine. Students and researchers from various disciplines converge here to build these novel devices. The lab houses state-of-the-art facilities which help in the realization of our several concepts and ideas.
