Pre-requisitesNo pre-requisites required. This is a first course in Electrical Engineering. Students are expected to know basic Physics (working knowledge of Maxwell's equations) and Mathematics (calculus, complex numbers, differential equations).
Tentative CalendarA total of 28 classes and 14 laboratory sessions for each group.
CreditsFour credits - three hours of lectures per week, two hours of laboratory work per week. Tutorials will be handed out, and the students are free to solve the tutorials in their own time. Tutorials will not be graded, and hints to solve any problem will be given only upon request. |
