04/2025: Gave a talk on "Basics of AI/ML" at Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Haryana
03/2025: Our project on "A Data-Driven Framework for Sequential Decision Making Problems in Indian Decentralized Cyber Manufacturing Ecosystem" has been approved by Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under the Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant Scheme.
03/2025: Avni Sharma (co-advised with Prof. Prashant Palkar) joins the group as a PhD students and will be working on Data-driven methods for climate research..
02/2025: Our collaborator Dr. Boli Chen from University College London visited IIT Delhi and gave an exciting talk on "Intelligent Control for Smart and Sustainable Mobility".
01/2025: Started our work with Prof. Varun Ramamohan, Prof. Prashant Palkar and IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) on flight disruption management systems and passenger recommendation problems.
12/2024: Our lab will be working with the Centre For Railway Information Systems (CRIS) on intermodal hub allocation and dynamic freight pricing problems; project jointly with Prof. Prasanna R and Prof. Palkar.
10/2024: Our work on Robust MPC design titled "Once upon a time step: A closed-loop approach to robust MPC design" has been accepted for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control.
07/2024: Manoj Kumar joins the group as an UQIDAR PhD student and will be working with Prof. Nan Ye (University of Queensland), Prof. Prashant Palkar, and myself on RL frameworks for combinatorial optimization problems.
07/2024: Kishan joins the group as an UQIDAR PhD student and will be working with Prof. Fred Roosta (University of Queensland), Prof. Prashant Palkar, and myself on AI/ML framework for Mixed Integer Programs.
07/2024: Our ECC paper on "Closed-Loop Identification of Stabilized Models Using Dual Input-Output Parameterization" has been accepted for publication in the 2024 ECC Special Issue of the European Journal of Control.
03/2024: Two of our papers: (a) "Sparse Linear Regression with Constraints: A Flexible Entropy-based Framework" and (b) "Closed-Loop Identification of Stabilized Models Using Dual Input-Output Parameterization" have been accepted into 22nd European Control Conference (ECC) 2024. Kudos to the team!
