is a faculty in the Department of Biochemical Engg and Biotechnology, IIT Delhi since 2010. He is an undergraduate from IIT-Delhi and Ph.D. from the University of Florence, Italy. Ravi is a biophysicist by training and is actively engaged in developing methods/technologies for visualizing biological systems. Ravi and his team have developed multiple platform technologies for infectious disease diagnosis. Ravi is the Indian coordinator for DOSA - Diagnostics for One Health and User Driven Solutions for AMR project. DOSA is an India-UK project led by Till Bachmann and Ravikrishnan Elangovan (£3m, 2018 - 21, https://dosa-diagnostics.org/). DOSA is assessing the status of Antimicrobial Resistance in human healthcare, dairy farms, and aquaculture settings in India and is developing user requirement specifications, economic models, and diagnostic solutions to tackle AMR taking a One Health approach.
