About
Prof. Santanu Manna is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where he has been serving since August 2022. His research focuses on epitaxial growth, fabrication, and measurement of III-V semiconductor quantum devices, including entangled photon sources for quantum communication and THz emitters for molecular fingerprinting. Additionally, he continues to explore Si-based light sources and nonlinear waveguide properties, building on earlier research from IIT Kharagpur and Trento. Currently, he is developing blinking-free quantum dots as entangled photon sources for quantum key distribution.
