Hello!

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow at University of Virginia, Charlottesville. My mentor at UVa was Prof. Craig Huneke. I was also a visiting fellow at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India during the academic year 2016-2017. And before that I completed my doctoral studies at Department of Mathematics, Purdue University with Prof. Bernd Ulrich as my thesis advisor.

I primarily work on Commutative Algebra and its connections to Algebraic Geometry. Currently I am working on the the problems involving, Defining ideal of Rees algebras, invariants of powers of edge ideals, Detecting Koszulness of algebras, normal Hilbert coefficients, stable Harbourne Conjecture and tight closure of ideals.
