You need to book and log a facility usage of any equipment at NEOSLAB. This is mandatory for the NEOSLAB students as well as anyone from outside.
Please read the following carefully before you use any facility.
Do not use a system unless it is absolutely essential.
If you do not know how to operate the system fully, do not operate it. Please ask some independent user to do this and fill this form.
Give all exact details of usage. Particularly, if something is not working, it is utmost important to be logged here.
Enter in the details text box any issues you faced. Also, if CVD is used, enter in gas flow details, temperature. If sputtering is used, enter the material sputtered, thickness and temperature.
