Project Associate – Longitudinal transcriptomic analysis of alternative splicing dynamics during Dengue virus infection, CSIR–Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (IGIB), New Delhi, India.

Master’s Thesis – “Isolation and characterization of LDPE-degrading bacteria from Yamuna River”, Department of Microbiology, University of Delhi (South Campus).
Focused on enrichment-based isolation of plastic-degrading bacteria, biodegradation assessment using SEM, FTIR, HPLC-MS/MS, and metabolic pathway analysis; identified high-potential degraders contributing to a first-author manuscript.

Research Intern – DBS-based molecular diagnostics and NGS confirmatory workflows for neonatal screening, Genome Sequencing Lab, Maulana Azad Medical College & Lok Nayak Hospital, Delhi.
Worked on PCR-based screening for hemoglobinopathies and metabolic disorders and assisted in NGS-driven high-throughput diagnostic.

Undergraduate Research Project – “Evaluation of Pleurotus djamor cultivation on lignocellulosic agro-waste”, Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi
Investigated substrate optimization and fungal growth kinetics using standard cultivation and spectrophotometric assays.
