I am currently pursuing my PhD in Computational Biology under the supervision of Prof. B Jayaram and Prof. Aditya Mittal at IIT Delhi, India. My research focuses on eukaryotic genome annotation. I am working on the structural and energetic parameters of DNA and integrating ML and deep learning models to develop and optimise several genome annotation tools from the Supercomputing facility for bioinformatics and computational biology (SCFBio) laboratory at Kusuma School of Biological Sciences (KSBS).
