• Increased manufacturing capacity by 15% by changing RM dosing points in detergent bar cascade

• Worked on-site with Unilever’s machine vendor to understand the compliance of various sub-assemblies with Unilever’s manufacturing requirements

Debottlenecking to unlock capacity of cream / shampoo bottle line
• Identified capping as the bottleneck process restricting machine speed of shampoo bottle line
• Designed a profiled attachment for the capping unit and increased machine speed from 60 upm to 80 upm
