MIT app used to build "talk to me". The steps are

In the designer page a button added and name changed to "talk to me"

Text to speech drag from media drawer and dropped on screen

In the block editor as shown in below figure blocks were added

Go to Build and generate QR score and scanned in MIT AI2 Companion.

Tap "talk to me " button to listen what you have written.

Interface to blink LED on and off using MIT App inventor and bluetooth module

The microcontroller is connected to led and bluetooth module. The connection has been as below.

Unpin the RX and TX pin before uploading arduino code to Arduino and then pin it back.

Goto projects > start new project> add screen

Create screen interface in designer tab as shown in figure below

Download "MIT AI2 Companion" from playstore and install. Then scan the QR score generated in MIT App Inventor.

Connect the bluetooth module to HC-05 and press "ON"and "OFF".
